Influences can always change, but Balluh’s early influence on rap was definitely local DMV rappers like Goonew and Xanman, with a little bit of inspiration from his boy JohnnyFromDaCut as well. Nowadays his main inspirations are JuiceWRLD, Blackbear, and other versatile artists. Balluh feels euphoric when he’s in the studio making music as if it takes him away from reality. Balluh is a prideful person, so anything that’s in his name is his craft, and he takes great pride in that.
